HSU members have stated loud and clear — we need a stronger collective voice, better communication, and real action on the issues affecting our workplace. HSU members are wanting to establish a new HSU General Sub-Branch at CHW. They want to bring members together, organise around shared priorities, and build the power needed to improve staffing, safety, and working conditions. This is about workers supporting workers and shaping the future of our workplace together.
Are you a Cleaner; Porter; Food Services Assistant; Administration Officer; CSSD technician; OA; Security Officer etc. We’re calling for Expressions of Interest from members interested in stepping up as an HSU Delegates and committee member. You don’t need experience — just a commitment to your colleagues and a willingness to be part of positive change. Delegates play a vital role in connecting members, raising issues, and helping turn concerns into action.
