CCLHD HealthShare Transition - Important Update!

Following on from the Expression of Preference form members were asked to complete for the HealthShare NSW (HSNSW) Transition, the HSU has been provided with a proposed Guideline for Matching Process for staff who are part of the transition. An important reminder, this is NOT staff re-applying for their roles, this a guide to match staff for the transition process. You can read the guideline here. At this time, we do not have the draft minutes from the USCC held last Friday.
Selection criteria to be utilised:
- Staff preferences as per the Expression of Preference form.
CCLHD have advised that where staff preferences don’t align with approved FTE requirements, the below criteria will be utilised:
- That the majority of current shifts within roster are cleaning, waste or linen focused,
- That the majority of current working days align with roster requirements for CCLHD and HSNSW to manage operations of the site.
