HealthShare CCLHD Transition - Matching Process

Recently as part of the proposed transition to HealthShare, correspondence was sent out by CCLHD outlining who had been identified to transition to HealthShare and who would remain with CCLHD. CCLHD intended to use this Matching Process Guideline to make this decision. Members have raised that they do not feel they have been placed in line with the process outlined in the guideline.
 
Do you feel you have been misplaced? If so, please email your organiser Matt Ramsay (details below) by COB Friday 20 March 2026 with the following information:
  • Full Name
  • Contracted Hours
  • Majority of rostered shifts as a cleaner, PSA, linen etc.

 
Only members who make contact will have a request put forward for them for a secondary review of the matching process and decision. However, the outcome of this review cannot be guaranteed.
