A restructure within the Communications Directorate is being proposed by WNSWLHD. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The District claims that changes are required to respond to the rapidly changing communications environment, and this can be done through an expansion of the directorate and changes to how roles within the team function.
- The proposed changes include the regrading of two HM2 positions to HM3, the creation of a new permanent HM2 role, and various changes to other existing roles.
- The District suggests that whilst two staff members would be impacted by the new structure as their positions would be regraded, they expect the internal EOI process would result in them being appointed to regraded/vacant positions.
