‘Bathurst Health Service Realignment’ Restructure at Bathurst Base Hospital

The HSU will be commencing its second Union Specific Consultative Committee (USCC) Meeting regarding the proposed Bathurst Health Service Realignment restructure on Friday 19 December 2025.
- Following the first meeting, members secured great outcomes in receiving confirmation that the LHD would hire an Allied Health Manager, and that a business case has been put forward by WNSWLHD to hire a Head of Department for Dietetics.
- HSU members are still pushing to ensure that they are not displaced through the deletion of classifications.
- The USCC will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday 19 December 2025, in the Bathurst Health Service Board Room. All members are invited to attend.
It is important for union members to lead this discussion.
