Member Meeting: Proposed Bathurst Health Service Realignment

The HSU has received a consultation request from Western NSW LHD (WNSWLHD) regarding the proposed Bathurst Health Service Realignment.
 
WNSWLHD has proposed a Union Specific Consultative Committee (USCC) Meeting to be held on Friday 21 November 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Executive Boardroom. Members will be able to attend in person or via Microsoft Teams.
 
A separate HSU meeting with Organiser Thomas Robinson will be held prior to the USCC. Affected members are invited to come along to discuss the restructure proposal and decide on next steps.
 
When: Thursday 20 November 2025, at 1:00 PM.
Where: Rehab Meeting Room on Level 2, Main Building of Bathurst Health Service.
 
The meeting agenda:
 
1. Outline WNSWLHD’s proposal.
2. Share the main themes of member feedback.
3. Prepare members for how the USCC meeting will be undertaken.
4. Take member feedback and answer any outstanding questions.
5. Decide on next steps.
