USCC at Bathurst Health Service

On Friday 21 November 2025, the HSU met with WNSWLHD management about the proposed Bathurst Health Service: Executive and Senior Management restructure in a Union Specific Consultative Committee (USCC).
- Members spoke passionately about the proposed deletion of existing positions, and apparent omittance of existing positions. Members requested that no HSU classifications are deleted, and no members are made redundant.
- Members requested an Allied Health Manager/ Director role and Dietitian Head of Department to be created.
