Customer Experience Coordinator Realignment at The Childrens Hospital at Westmead

A change to reporting lines within Pathology at CHW is being proposed by The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal would see the Customer Experience Coordinator (AO3) position’s reporting line shift from the Quality, Safety, and Patient Experience Manager (referred to as Quality Manager) to the Pre-Analytical Services Manager.
- Management have stated that this would not impact the position in any other manner.
- Management also claim that discussions have already been held with impacted staff and no issues have been raised.
