Emergency Department Change at The Children’s Hospital Westmead

The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN) has proposed a change in the Emergency Department at the Children’s Hospital Westmead. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Over the last 12 months, CHW ED has trialled 12-hour shifts with clerical staff.
- Management state this change would be beneficial as the shifts would align with the nursing roster model.
- Management claim staff have enjoyed the trial of 12-hour shifts.
