Finance Team Restructure at Northern NSW LHD (NNSWLHD)

NNSWLHD has notified the HSU of proposed changes to positions within the finance directorate. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal is quite significant with a large number of positions impacted, though the Dstrict has confirmed that no staff would be displaced as a result of the proposed changes.
- The key changes include the repurposing of 6.68 FTE AO6 Senior Finance Officer positions to create a number of management positions, the creation of various positions and teams, and realignment of reporting lines.
- Whilst the District claims the overall FTE within the team is increasing, its overall budget costs is slightly decreasing.
