GEM Unit Staff Relocation at Mid North Coast LHD (MNCLHD)

MNCLHD has notified the HSU of a proposed change to current office locations for staff that currently working within the GEM Unit at Coffs Harbour Health Campus. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • The district has proposed that staff within the Alcohol and Other Drugs, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and Safeguarding departments would be relocated to other suitable office spaces within CHHC.
  • Management claim this move from the clinical spaces would allow the further support of surge beds which would allow the district to better meet its demand for hospital-based services which has been increasing significantly over time.
