Member Endorsement Vote for Superintendent Award to Go Out on Monday 16th March

ADHSU members covered by the NSWA Superintendent Award were sent a draft award in a newsletter on the 12th of March. This draft had the sections regarding pay highlighted in yellow as the accurate dollar figure has not yet been finalised.
Due to some scheduling issues, delegates and HSU office staff have not been able to meet to confirm and crosscheck the final figures of the pay claim to be endorsed by members before going to arbitration in the IRC.
To ensure members are voting on the most accurate pay claim, the link to a survey to vote on endorsing the draft award, including the accurate pay claim, will go out on Monday 16th of March.
While this will be a tight turnaround for members, who must read the draft and vote by midday Tuesday, it will ensure members are voting on the most up to date and accurate version of the draft award.
The only changes to the draft award sent to members on the 12th of March will be to sections regarding pay. If members have any concerns about other sections of the draft award, contact your delegates.
