Allied Health Award Pay Claims – IRC Directions Made!

The NSW Industrial Relations Commission has published directions for the HSU Allied Health Award pay case. The directions set out dates for each required step of the case to completion over the next 12 months. HSU Members have campaigned long and hard to see this through and now the finish line is in sight!
The critical dates for members are as follows:
- 23-25 March 2025 – Final conciliation dates for Allied Health.
- 6 April 2026 – HSU to provide Ministry of Health with re-formatted Award draft resulting from conciliation.
- 4 May 2026 – HSU files re-formatted Award draft with Industrial Relations Commission.
- 6 July 2026 – HSU files evidence in chief in support of claims.
- 11 November 2026 – Hearing commences for HSU claims.
- 19 February 2027 – Final submissions on case completed.
The month of April will be a busy month with several key member endorsement and feedback process being undertaken. Please keep an eye out on future correspondence for more information.
