A restructure within Patient Services (FPSS) is being proposed by HealthShare NSW (HSNSW). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- HSNSW is proposing a change to staff rosters at Tamworth Hospital.
- Management claim this would result in fairer weekend rostering arrangements, and a draft roster is attached to this letter.
- HSNSW proposed a 4-week trial to commence 2 February 2026, with implementation occurring from 2 March 2026 if successful.
