Food and Patient Support Services (FPSS) Restructure at HealthShare

A restructure within FPSS is being proposed by HealthShare NSW (HSNSW). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal supposedly comes after a comprehensive review of the management structure which found an opportunity to streamline the management structure.
- The proposal would involve the deletion of the Associate Director, Food Service Operations, FPSS (HM6).
- Management claim there should be no impact on employees that currently report into this position, though the proposal would suggest reporting line changes are inevitable.
