Support Services Manager Changes at Baradine Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) and Coonabarabran Health Service

Changes to the function of support services managers are being proposed by Western NSW LHD (WNSWLHD). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Management claim that recruitment has been difficult and unsuccessful since the permanent incumbent left the Grade 6 General Administration Staff (GAS) position, which was a position shared across both facilities.
- WNSWLHD is proposing to discontinue the current dual-site Grade 6 role and establish two separate part-time positions, with one at each facility.
- The change would see each separate position be graded as a GAS Grade 4 position.
