Cleaner Roster Changes at Bathurst Health Service

Western NSW LHD (WNSWLHD) and Downer Group have notified the HSU of a proposed review and reorganisation of rosters for cleaners at Bathurst Health Service. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Management claim this review arose following consideration of a range of operational and workforce factors, including increasing requests from employees seeking part-time work arrangements.
- The proposed roster supposedly ensures more equitable access to weekend shifts, reduces periods of consecutive shifts, and implements more consistent roster patterns to support wellbeing.
- Copies of the current and proposed rosters are included in the below attachments.
