Food Services Roster Changes at St George Hospital (SGH)

HealthShare NSW (HSNSW) has notified the HSU of its proposal to change rostered start and finish times for food preparation staff at SGH. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- HSNSW claims this change would impact 3 FTE, with two positions retaining their current hours of 6am-2:30pm, and one position changing from 9:45am-6:15pm to 8am-4:30pm.
- In addition, all positions would participate in a rotating roster arrangement aligned with other food services staff across the site.
- Management claim these changes should support the operational requirements arising from the recent redevelopment, improve workflow efficiencies, and ensure service delivery continues to meet business needs.
