NSWHP Cytology Lab Roster changes at St George Hospital

NSWHP is proposing roster changes in the Cytology Lab at St George Hospital. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Management claim that while the current rostering system was designed to create a balance in staff having to start at 9:30am, the 9:30am starts are still disproportionately impacting one staff member.
- The proposed new system will rotate staff through the varying time slots throughout each week, rather than 1 specific time for 1 week blocks.
- Please note that the proposed change cannot take effect until after consultation has concluded.
