Blue Mountains Lab Roster Changes at NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP)

NSWHP has notified the HSU of proposed changes to shift times at Blue Mountains lab. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • The proposed change would allow for the roster to align with the new requirement for 10-hour breaks for staff between shifts.
  • This would include the additional 10-hour sleep break provided where a day off is preceded by an afternoon or night shift.
  • The roster is proposed to amend:
    • the existing 1x 08.00–16.30 to 1x 08.30–17.00, Monday to Friday, and
    • the 1x 16.00–00.30 to 1x 17.00–01.30, Monday–Friday.
  • The weekend shifts would remain unchanged.
