Fusion Program Changes at NSW Health Pathology

NSWHP is proposing changes for Health Managers supporting the Fusion Program. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal involves temporary shift and on-call arrangements for Health Managers.
- NSWHP has clarified that temporary shift work arrangements would in the first instance only be provided to consenting staff who would like to be involved in shift-work.
- NSWHP has provided the results of the survey which can be viewed in the attached documents.
- Additionally, there is a USCC scheduled for Monday 16 February at 1pm where the matter will be discussed further.
