Employment Transactions Restructure at NSW Health

NSW Health is proposing changes to the Employment Transactions operating model. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • NSW Health claims that the proposed changes would assist with expanding the shared service functions for People & Culture services.
  • To do this, the proposal would see the Health Agencies’ Employment Transactions services transition to HealthShare NSW (HSNSW), resulting in staff being transitioned to roles based in St Leonards and Charlestown.
  • It is estimated that 55 FTE across the state would transition to HSNSW and 15 new roles will be recruited.
