Project Management Office (PMO) Restructure at HealthShare NSW (HSNSW)

A restructure within the PMO is being proposed by HSNSW. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposed realignment would see the deletion of various roles including one Health Manager (HM) 6 role, two HM level 5 roles, two HM level 3 roles, and one HM level 4 role.
- To replace those deleted roles, HSNSW would create a single PMO Lead HM level 4 position, one HM level 3 role, and one HM level 1 role.
- HSNSW claims this structure would retain essential PMO capability despite the substantial job cuts which the HSU is always concerned about under any circumstances.
