People and Culture Restructure at NSW Health Pathology

A restructure within the People &Culture department is being proposed by NSWHP. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • The proposal involves the deletion of 2 positions: Deputy Director, People & Culture, and 1 x Associate Director, HR Metro.
  • The change would also see the creation of a Temporary HR Resource for Metro with grading to be determined.
  • Given those changes, there would also be a number of reporting line changes as well as potential changes to roles and responsibilities.
