People and Culture Restructure at Sydney LHD (SLHD)

A restructure within the People and Culture department is being proposed by SLHD. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal would include the establishment of 3 new positions, change of reporting lines, and realignment of some functions.
- The proposal would also result in the deletion of 2 positions: the Workforce Operations Manager and the Payroll Services Manager.
- The change would also see remaining Workforce roles have their titles changed to reflect the new terminology of People & Culture.
