Your pay rise is on its way!

Your 2026 pay rise is on its way. Members should keep an eye on your payslip for your 4% pay increase which is due to take effect from the next full pay period.
This year’s pay increase is the second instalment of the agreement HSU members approved last year. If you have any concerns or questions about your pay rise, contact the HSU for assistance.
While our pay is now locked in for the next 12 months, the work continues to improve conditions for the tens of thousands of workers who are the heart of NSW Health.
In November this year hearings will commence for Award Reform where members are demanding fair pay for Allied Health members, an additional week of sick leave, and better rights to uninterrupted breaks.
