Administration Restructure at Southern NSW LHD (SNSWLHD)

SNSWLHD has notified the HSU of proposed changes to the administration function across the district. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Management claim this proposal follows a review of administrative staff and systems and processes focused on improve performance, consistency, and workforce capability.
- The key proposed change is the establishment of an Administration Manager which would result in a professional administrative reporting line for many staff. The model would include two admin managers in both the Inland Network and Coastal Network, and these would report do the Corporate Services Manager.
- The proposal would result in broad changes to reporting lines as well as standardisation of a number of position descriptions which the district claims would clarify roles and ensure staff have access to appropriate support.
