Clinical Support Officer Restructure at Southern NSW LHD (SNSWLHD)

SNSWLHD has proposed a change to FTE for small site Clinical Support Officers (CSO). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • Management claim this proposal would establish consistent CSO coverage of 0.63 FTE at Braidwood, Bombala/Delegate, Crookwell and Yass Hospitals.
  • CSOs would report to the Site Manager/Director of Nursing (DoN) at each hospital.
  • This would result in FTE changes to existing positions as well as reporting line alterations.
