Arcare EA: Enterprise Agreement Voted Up

HSU members at Arcare were recently asked to vote on the proposed enterprise agreement, and the results are now in.

  • Of those who participated in the ballot, 88% voted YES to approve the agreement.
  • The proposed enterprise agreement will now be lodged with the Fair Work Commission for assessment.
  • As part of this process, the Commission will review the agreement to ensure it meets the legal requirements, including that employees are better off overall when compared to the relevant industry Awards.
