AWH Pharmacy Restructure

AWH Pharmacy Restructure

Wednesday 11 February, 2026

Albury Wodonga Health is proposing a restructure in the Pharmacy department. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.

  • The proposal would see changes to the structure and reporting lines for the department, as management claim the current flat structure is no longer appropriate.
  • The key elements of this proposal includes the creation of a number of new roles, changes to reporting lines, and the deletion of some positions which AWH claim will be followed by appropriate redeployment into new roles.
  • Importantly, AWH states there will be no job losses as part of this process.
