Billing Services Restructure at South Eastern Sydney LHD (SESLHD)

Dear member,
A restructure within district billing services is being proposed by SESLHD. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- With a number of significant changes occurring with the transition of various staff to HealthShare NSW (HSNSW), SESLHD is proposing these changes to support the post-transition structure.
- The proposal documentation highlights the district roles which are transferring to HSNSW and which roles the district plans to delete in favour of a number of new billing positions.
- Management claim that the staff currently occupying the impacted positions should be directly matched to the newly created positions, but the HSU is always concerned with the deletion of positions and potential impacts on members.
