EA Bargaining Meeting: Lumus Accepts Responsibility

Lumus management and your HSU representatives attended a meeting recently to kick off the bargaining process of updating and improving your wages and conditions through a new Enterprise Agreement (EA).
- Lumus discussed a staff survey that they recently conducted and acknowledged their staff’s frustration around wages, workloads, conditions and the pressure put on staff. Lumus accepted that they need to do much better. Well done to members who raised their concerns!
- Lumus presented their log of claims (LoC) for the new EA and stated these claims will go towards addressing some of the issues raised via the survey. View their claims here. Amendments by Lumus can be seen in green.
- Provide your HSU bargaining representatives with your thoughts on the LoC. Complete the feedback survey here. Invite all your colleagues to fill out the survey!
