Lumus members: Endorse your Log of Claims

Recently Lumus workers were invited to complete a survey about what you and your colleagues wanted updated in your next Enterprise Agreement.
Your bargaining representatives have been reviewing this list and have put together a Log of Claims (LoC) to be presented to Lumus. View it here.
Lumus also provided the HSU with their LoC at the last meeting and this was sent out to members for feedback.
Next steps:- Members are now being asked to endorse these LoC. Survey here. This survey will close on Friday 13 March 2026.
- HSU representatives will attend a bargaining meeting with Lumus to present your LoC.
- HSU representatives will provide Lumus with members’ feedback to their LoC. This presentation will be sent to members after the meeting.
It is important during this process to stay engaged. Your bargaining representatives can only represent members’ views if they know what they are.
