HSU Member Update – Ramsay Enterprise Agreement

Members from Ramsay met last week to finalise the Log of Claims (LOCs) for your next enterprise agreement negotiations. The LOCs is now ready for members to endorse.

  • The key themes raised by members included: safe staffing levels, better pay and recognition, additional leave provisions, easier progression through grades.
     
  • Once endorsed, the LOCs will become the official position your HSU bargaining team takes into negotiations with the Ramsay representatives.
     
  • After the LOCs are endorsed, we will be ready for bargaining to formally begin when Ramsay issues the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR).
     
  • The NERR is a formal letter that your employer must give you when they start bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement. It is sent out to inform you of your rights and is the official starting point of bargaining.

 
Your enterprise agreement has expired so Ramsay needs to begin bargaining soon. Let’s continue to build power across Ramsay hospitals. When we stand together, we win together.
