As we undergo bargaining, it is time for members to endorse the Log of Claims, which are the key improvements HSU members are seeking for your next Enterprise Agreement.
This Log of Claims has been shaped by your feedback – through HSU organiser visits to your worksite, member Zoom meetings and HSU member surveys. It identifies what matters most to members:
• Fair pay
• Improved conditions
• Safe working conditions
• Classification review and career progression
• Improved conditions in accordance with changes to legislation
By endorsing the Log of Claims, you are taking the first collective step in your bargaining campaign. This allows your HSU Bargaining Representatives to submit these claims and represent members’ interests at the negotiation table.
Next Steps:
• Members are invited to formally review and endorse the Log of Claims by COB Wednesday 19 November 2025
• Once endorsed, your Bargaining Representatives will present them to your employer once negotiations begin
• Updates will follow as bargaining begins through Members Zoom Meetings, Newsletters and SMS’
