Sonic Health Plus Negotiations Update

Bargaining representatives have completed presenting members’ Log of Claims to management. Sonic Health Plus (SHP) has provided their written response outlining which claims they agree to, which they do not agree to, which they are still considering, and the reasons for their position. Note: The sections highlighted in yellow are claims that SHP is seeking clarification on from relevant union representatives.
- A members’ Zoom meeting will be scheduled soon to discuss your employer’s feedback and seek members’ views on the way forward in bargaining.
- HSU Organisers will also be scheduling site visits across locations as bargaining continues, to speak with members and provide updates.
- The next scheduled bargaining meeting is Wednesday 25 March, where your bargaining representatives will respond to the employer’s position and continue to advocate for the claims endorsed by members. SHP will also provide their response to the “still in consideration” claims.
