Engineering Department Restructure at Macquarie Hospital

A restructure within the engineering department at Macquarie Hospital, Mental Health Drug and Alcohol is being proposed by Northern Sydney LHD (NSLHD). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal would involve the realignment of two Administration Officer (AO) positions which are currently 1 FTE AO3 and 0.2 FTE AO4.
- As both AO positions are currently vacant due to resignations, the District is proposing to delete these positions and create a single AO Level 5 1 FTE position.
- The District claims this would improve efficiency whilst lowering staffing costs.
