A proposed realignment of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) positions within the PECC at HKMHS is being proposed by Northern Sydney LHD (NSLHD). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal would involve the regrading of the existing Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 position to a new NUM 3 position.
- This would require the new position be recruited to.
- The proposal involves Consultation Liaisons (CL) and ED MH CNCs reporting to the new NUM 3 position.
