Finance Department Restructure at Fairfield Hospital

A restructure within the Finance department is being proposed by South Western Sydney LHD (SWSLHD). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • The proposal would see the vacant Finance Officer (AO5) position convert into a Finance Business Partner (HM2) role.
  • This is intended to strengthen financial management capabilities.
  • As a result of the proposal, all staff that currently report directly to the Director of Finance would report to the Finance Business Partner, as per the chart included in the below link.
