Further Update: Medical Workforce Unit Restructure at Southern NSW LHD (SNSWLHD)

SNSWLHD has provided the HSU with its third version of this proposed restructure for consultation. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
 

  • Whilst much of the proposal remains the same, the District has made some key changes to the proposal which are included in the attached documentation.
  • The key changes involve the regrading of some positions, clarification on reporting lines, creation of a Medical Workforce Unit management team, and the addition of the District Director, People and Culture as the executive lead for the MWU.
  • Whilst the consultation process period has been extensive, this shows feedback from HSU members is being taken seriously. It is important that engagement throughout this process continues and the voices of HSU members are heard.
