10-hour Break Following Overtime at Fred Ward Gardens

HSU members at RSL Lifecare Fred Ward Gardens have raised concerns about not receiving the full 10-hour break after working overtime.
The Enterprise Agreement clearly outlines your entitlement to overtime payments when your employer requires you to start your next shift after overtime without receiving the full ten-hour break.
Have you worked a double shift (overtime) and then worked morning shift the next day?
- Check your payslips to make sure you were paid overtime rates for the whole of the morning shift
- Email payroll requesting an audit of your time sheets to identify the backpay owed including the applicable superannuation contributions
