High workloads at Fred Ward Gardens

HSU members at Fred Ward Gardens have raised concerns about ongoing high workload demands. Excessive workloads are a known workplace hazard and as such, need to be reported.
 
Members are encouraged to report these workload concerns:
  • to the Registered Nurse on duty
  • via Riskman as a hazard and a risk to worker and resident safety
  • to your Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) or WHS Committee members for follow up and action at WHS Committee meetings

Workload management and workplace safety are important Union business!
