Increased workloads at Hugh Cunningham Gardens
Wednesday 4 February, 2026
HSU members at Hugh Cunningham Gardens have raised concerns about ongoing workloads and increasing indirect care tasks. Excessive workloads are a known workplace hazard and as such, need to be reported.
Members are encouraged to report these workload concerns:
- to the Registered Nurse on duty
- via Riskman as a hazard and a risk to worker and resident safety
- to your Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) for follow up and action at WHS Committee meetings
Workload management and workplace safety are important Union business!
