HealthShare Transition - First USCC Held

The first USCC for the proposed HealthShare transition was held on Friday 12 December. HSU officers attended along with delegates and representatives from CCLHD and HealthShare, via online and in person, to discuss the proposed transition. The unconfirmed minutes have been provided. HSU members are encouraged to review them and provide their thoughts or concerns. Once your organiser Matt Ramsay returns from leave on the 5 January, further member meetings will be scheduled.

- Confirmation that salary of PSAs who transition to HealthShare will be maintained for the duration of their employment in hospital.
- An EOI process is being considered to identify staff preferences around transitioning. However, at the time of writing this, no further information is available.
- Management structure is still under consideration.
