How well do you know the New Aged Care Act?

As you may be aware, the New Aged Care Act has recently come into effect. The new Act intends to focus on ensuring resident outcomes are prioritised and paramount. HSU members know that this means well-supported and well-equipped workers.
Aged Care providers must meet their obligations, and staff must receive training and information regarding this new Act. It is very important that HSU members understand their rights and entitlements under it.
To determine whether education and training around the new Act has been adequate thus far, HSU National are asking HSU NSW/ACT/QLD members to fill out the survey below.
HSU Aged Care members are the subject matter experts on resident care and how the changes to the Act will affect their work in practice. Ensure you have your say.
