A restructure within Integrated and Community Health is being proposed by WSLHD. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • The proposal involves changes to the future structure and ongoing planning and design work for the proposed Out of Hospital Care model.
  • This model supposedly aims to increase access to care and increase the types of care that can be provided in the community.
  • Staff are now being asked to nominate themselves for working groups to work on the development of service improvement initiatives.
