Northern Sydney LHD (NSLHD) is proposing a restructure in the Junior Medical Staff Unit / Senior Medical Staff Unit (JMSU/SMSU) at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Management claim that a recent review has found that the unit faces issues with resource allocation, position clarity, and organisational structure.
- This would allegedly create benefits via increased resources, increased training, and clearer reporting lines.
