Shared Services Evolution Transition at CCLHD – Postponed to 4 May 2026

Dear member,

CCLHD members recently voted to delay the Shared Services Transition. HSU members have so far obtained a commitment from HealthShare and CCLHD that cleaning, linen, waste and stores staff will transition two weeks later than previously advised on Monday 5 May 2026.

During this time the HSU and HealthShare will enter into intensive consultation about the impact of the proposed transition. It is critical that HSU members attend local meetings to discuss any concerns about the proposed transition.
  • WYONG HOSPITAL will be held on Monday 20 April 2pm in the Conference Room.
  • GOSFORD AND WOY WOY HOSPITAL will held on Tuesday 21 April 2pm.
  • IMPORTANT!! From Monday 20 April, the rosters you were given four weeks ago will take effect and be worked. This will allow staff who have made arrangements for childcare etc to not be further inconvenienced. Your classification, line manager and pay will not change on Monday 20 April.
