The HSU wants to hear from members who are transitioning to HealthShare across NNSWLHD.
 
If you are impacted, please complete this important survey by 9am Tuesday 7/04/26.
 
NNSWLHD and HSNSW have not provided the HSU with the necessary information for us to have confidence that the transition can occur safely on 27 April and 11 May 2026.
