Shared Services Transition – Consultation Pack for NNSWLHD

Dear member,
The proposed transition date of Waste, Cleaning, Stores and Linen services from NNSWLHD to HealthShare NSW (HSNSW) is due to take place on Monday 25 May 2026 for Tranche 1 (Lismore & Tweed) and Monday 8 June 2026 for Tranche 2 (Byron Central, Casino, Grafton, Murwillumbah, Maclean- dock only).
The Northern NSW Consultation Pack contains the following information:
The HSU will be holding paid member meetings across each site over the coming weeks to hear your feedback and concerns. Site-specific text messages will be sent out a few days in advance so members know the location.
Paid Member Meetings:
Tuesday 28th April:
- Murwillumbah Hospital: 1:30pm – 2:00pm
- Byron Central Hospital: 5:00pm – 5:30pm
Wednesday 29th April:
- Casino Hospital: 2pm – 2:30pm
Thursday 30th April:
- Lismore Base Hospital: 08:30am – 9:00am and 2pm-2.30pm
Tuesday 5th May:
- Tweed Valley Hospital: 10am – 10:30am and 1.30pm-2pm
Wednesday 6th May:
- Murwillumbah Hospital: 2pm – 2:30pm
Thursday 7th May:
- Byron Central Hospital: 11:30am – 12pm
- Casino Hospital: 2pm – 2:30pm
- Grafton Hospital – Monday 4 May 12pm-1:30pm
